Community Manager

As the contact for not only prospects and residents, but also for maintenance and leasing staff, our community managers are friendly professionals who facilitate the day to day operations of particular communities. This is accomplished through excellent customer service, administrative tasks, and a positive, energetic attitude.
Responsibilities include:

Taking prospective residents on tours of the community and securing leases

Processing paperwork for the application, leasing and renewal processes

Coordinating on-site maintenance and leasing personnel

Retaining knowledge of company policies and effectively putting them into practice

Meeting and exceeding goals for occupancy while working with the Operations Manager to ensure the community is functioning appropriately on all levels

Performing administrative duties, such as filing, answering phones, rent collection, marketing advertisements and others as assigned
Ideal candidates:

Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills

Have familiarity with office equipment and software

Possess great attention to detail

Can use sales and closing techniques to maintain a high closing ratio for leases and renewals

Have leasing, management, or other relevant experience
