Leasing Consultant

Responsibilities include:

Taking prospective residents on tours of the community and securing leases

Accepting appropriate documentation for the application process

Utilizing guest cards and other company forms appropriately

Retaining knowledge of company policies and effectively putting them into practice

Following up on leads and setting up appointments for tours

Performing administrative duties, such as filing, answering phones, rent collection, marketing advertisements and others as assigned
Ideal candidates:

Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills

Have familiarity with office equipment and software

Possess great attention to detail

Can use sales and closing techniques to maintain a high closing ratio for leases and applications
