Maintenance Technician
While in and around the homes of our consumers, we are courteous, effective, and efficient. A rewarding and challenging position, successful maintenance technicians come from a variety of industries including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction and maintenance, while demonstrating the same professional qualities as our office staff.
Responsibilities include:

Assure all service requests are completed on a daily basis

Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready process

Manage project coordination and preventative maintenance

Engage and manage contractors

Accurately document work performed on service requests

Rotate on-call with other maintenance personnel
Ideal candidates:

Are self-motivated and hard working
-
Have flexibility and are able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Have basic tools and transportation.

Have general knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing and electrical knowledge

Previous property maintenance experience and HVAC certification is a plus, but not required
